It's time for back to school and I did this photo shoot at my alma mater, Shepherd University. It's hard to believe I graduated from Shepherd 12 years ago! It's also hard to believe I started as an education major and graduated as an accounting major. Becoming a CPA was extremely difficult but taught me a lot about running and managing a business, valuable life lessons I needed to get to where I am today. If you didn't know it, when I'm not on Facebook Live styling outfits, I am the woman behind a bookkeeping software for direct sales consultants. I had no idea what I was getting into when I decided to develop a software, but with a lot of faith I stepped forward and got to work! I have learned so much over the last year and a half and can finally say our software truly helps me save time in my LuLaRoe business and is a great tool for direct sales consultants. here. I also offer free trainings on accounting for direct sales consultants and love helping women learn how to manage their finances. I have been reading a lot about living a purpose driven life and using our God given talents to help others so that is my main goal! I was blessed with two gifts, fashion and finances; how awesome is it to be able to cross those paths, only God could have made that possible.
Are you living your purpose? I have to admit it's scary to jump into the unknown, especially if it's going after something you know nothing about, like software development! But if you have faith, God will show you the way. Faith is stepping into the river before that water is parted having faith that God will provide.
